Frequently Asked Questions
What can you do for a chipped tooth?
We provide cosmetic dental bonding to repair chipped teeth. We match the composite resin to your natural tooth and shape it to fill in the chipped area of your tooth. Using a blue light, we bond it into place. For more severely chipped teeth, we may recommend veneers or a dental crown depending on your unique situation and budget.
What are my options for toothache relief?
If you have a toothache, we recommend that you gently floss around the area to check if the pain is simply caused by lodged food debris. If this is not the case, you can take over-the-counter pain medication such as ibuprofen, ice your cheek by the area of the toothache, and call our office right away. A variety of things can cause a toothache, so it's important to get it checked out as soon as possible.
How much does an emergency dentist visit cost?
The cost of emergency dental visits depends on your unique situation. We understand that it's difficult to budget for unexpected expenses. At Stratman Family Dentistry, we proudly offer a variety of financial options, including third-party financing, to ensure you get the urgent dental care you need without breaking the bank.
