Dental Insurance
We accept most dental insurance at our North Wilmot and North Oracle Road locations and will be happy to help you maximize your benefits. Dental insurance is designed to help reduce your out-of-pocket dental expenses, but there will usually be an out-of-pocket expense that you will need to pay at the time of service.
Dental insurance operates differently than medical and auto insurance policies. You can expect the carrier to reimburse a specific percentage of your treatment fee. Generally speaking, the higher the premium, the higher the reimbursement. Insurance companies do not guarantee payment on claims and reserve the right to make payments based on their estimation of “Usual and Customary Rates.”
Your particular policy may base its reimbursement rate on a fee schedule that is lower than our office’s.

We will file your insurance claims, track your claims, follow up on delayed claims, and help deal with insurance family plans. We submit claims electronically, allowing for faster and more secure data transmission. Please bring your insurance information and a photo ID to each of your visits so we can keep our records up-to-date.

At Stratman Family Dentistry, we make sure to keep our fees very reasonable. If you’re currently uninsured or insufficiently covered, we offer many ways to finance your dental care. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards.
